Silver Lake, home to my immigrant parents since the early 1970s, has seen numerous significant changes over the years.

Despite these transformations, one thing has remained constant - the town's unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. This is a place where people come to realize their dreams. For my parents, it was in the auto industry. For others, it's in music, art, fashion, and many other unique aspects that make Silver Lake a one-of-a-kind community.

Here at the 3100 block, our goal is to offer quality housing, retail spaces, and short-term pop-up rentals that serve as a platform for these entrepreneurial dreams to come to life.
